Group and team work are a powerful and fun way to unite people behind a common goal. Trying new things or embarking on a journey that individuals have always been curious about become less intimidating when they know that there’s a community supporting them. Individuals will encourage and act as sounding boards for each other. Workshops are an amazing way to network with like­minded people who are in the same place in life… beginning to step into their greatness and explore possibilities. Workshops will be live and interactive ranging from 45-minute hour sessions to multi-­day events and retreats.

1:1 Coaching

I know that different tools and techniques work for different people. I’ve had the fortune of being exposed to a variety of methods and will help you identify the version that resonates and works best for you whether it’s a meditation style, exercise pattern or more. I am here to be your Coach and partner with you in a collaborative way. We will brainstorm, try out and see what method enables you to succeed. This is not about me directing you but rather being your guide to navigate all of the possibilities that are available.

If you are located in the city of Vancouver, WA I would be happy to travel to you for our time together otherwise we would get to connect through Google Hangout and I would be available to stay in touch via email between sessions.

We would begin with a 30 ­minute complimentary Power Call, where we will discuss what in your life you’re looking to shift, and decide whether we are the right fit for one another. We would also discuss which of the following options would be best for you.
